We are building a team of experienced, motivated, commissioned, I-9 sales professionals of whom one will earn a full-time, W-2, management position based on performance. This is an exciting opportunity with unbelievable growth potential. As we continue to hire & train staff to accommodate new clients you'll be building a sales funnel for relatively equal distribution of prospects across all our industries. Each of our companies service a unique demographic; some regional and others national but all moving toward global exposure in 5 years.

I-9 BENEFITS:
- Earn 8% of all contracts you close (Typically $3k-7k per month – no residuals)
- Commissions paid within 5-business days of contract signing.

W-2 Benefits:
- Earn $1500 base per month + 5% of all contracts you close (contracts range from $10k to $50k)
- Earn an additional 2% of total team commissions.
- Earn quarterly & annual bonuses based on team performance.

- Light travel as needed to close or manage large contracts
- 75% networking expense reimbursement • Manage and help grow a sales division from scratch

Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Highly ethical sales professional with integrity-driven practices
- Must pass a background check (credit is not an issue)
- Effective Networker / Successful in cold calling, email campaigns, & other forms of prospecting
- Ability to reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
- Self-disciplined. Can set and achieve personal goals. Driven
- Social media/networking and technology savvy
- Must have strong closing and pipeline management skills
- Able to work during "normal" business hours (Typically M-F, 10:00am-3pm), (EST, CST, MST, PST)
